Please check spelling, colours, uploaded artwork, and your NFC link before ordering. For logo and bespoke work, we ask you to approve a separate design proof before printing.
Need a change?
Contact the studio with your order number as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether production has started. Do not assume a submitted request has changed an order until the studio confirms it.
A problem with your delivery
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, contact the studio with the order reference and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
