Order and enquiry details
We use the contact details, delivery address, design instructions, and files you supply to assess requests, prepare quotes, make orders, and arrange delivery.
Your files and private links
Customer uploads are private. Your order and request links provide access to personal information and approvals; do not share them publicly.
Payments and delivery
Razorpay processes payments. Delhivery receives the details needed to deliver a parcel. The website does not store your card number.
Studio emails
Marketing emails require an explicit opt-in. Each includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional order messages are separate.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and limited first-party shopping analytics on public pages to understand visits, product interest and checkout progress. These tools can use browser storage and a random session ID. Our analytics events exclude names, contact details, uploaded designs, NFC links and private order URLs. Detailed shopping events are kept for up to 90 days before aggregation. You can turn analytics off in this browser below.
