Yes. Start with a sketch, reference photos or a clear description. Include the size and what the object needs to do. We’ll review what’s possible and agree on any design work, revisions and file deliverables in your quote.

For a general custom-print request, you can upload STL, OBJ or 3MF models, plus PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF references. Add up to 8 files, with a maximum of 25 MB per file. Photo-based products ask for PNG, JPG or WebP images. Always include the final dimensions and units.

Tell us how the part will be used, including heat, outdoor use, weight or contact with other parts. Add measurements or photos of anything it must fit. We’ll review material and fit requirements before quoting. For a close-fitting part, agree on a test sample before making a batch.

You can request any of these. Share the quantity and whether the pieces are identical or personalised. For a business project, ask for a sample first; we’ll agree on its cost and approval steps before the larger batch.

Contact the studio before accepting if anything needs changing. A change to the design, quantity or material may need a revised quote and timeline. After payment, contact us as soon as possible; what can be changed depends on whether work has started.
