Using NFC
No. You do not need a separate app to scan the keychain on a supported phone. Tap it with your phone to open the link. Instagram or other websites may still ask you to log in.
iPhone: XS, XS Max, XR and newer models, including iPhone 11–16. Samsung: phones with NFC, such as Galaxy S20, S21 and supported Z Flip/Fold models. Other Android phones: search for “NFC” in Settings. Check your exact phone model before ordering.
1. Unlock your phone and keep the screen on. 2. On Android, turn on NFC in Settings. On supported iPhones, NFC works automatically. 3. Hold the keychain near the top of your iPhone, or the back of your Android phone. Hold it still for a moment. 4. Tap the notification that appears to open the link.
Unlock your phone and check that NFC is on if you use Android. Remove any thick or metal phone cover. Move the keychain away from other keys and cards, then try different spots on the back of the phone. On iPhone, close Camera and Wallet, and turn off Airplane Mode. Still not working? Contact us.
You can use your Instagram profile, website, menu or any public web page. Open the link yourself to check it first. Not ready? Tick “I’ll provide my NFC link later”. Send us the link with your order number before we prepare the tag. To share many links, use one page that lists them all.
Before we prepare your tag, contact us to change the link. After delivery, check with us first—we cannot promise that every tag can be changed. If the tag opens your own website, you can update that page without changing its link.
No charging or battery is needed. Your phone needs internet to open the website. The keychain only opens a link when tapped. It cannot track or find lost keys.
Design & ordering
Your first AI design and one change to it are free. If generation fails, you do not lose your free try. After your free design and revision, ₹9 gets you one new design and one revision. Printed keychains cost extra. Check the total at checkout before paying.
Choose Classic for a personalised keychain. Choose NFC if you also want it to open a link when someone taps it with a supported phone. Choose before creating your design. Changing the type later uses your one free revision.
The AI picture is a preview. Printed colours and small details may look a little different. We confirm the size and print details in a final design preview before printing. Check your name, spelling, design and NFC link carefully before approving it.
Yes. Choose a pack and quantity before checkout. The keychains in that pack use the same selected design. For different designs, return gifts or bulk orders, contact us for options and pricing.
Delivery time depends on your design approval, printing and address. Check our Shipping page for details. Open “Track your order” or your account to check progress. Need it for a birthday or event? Ask us before ordering.
Contact us quickly with your order number. Changes or cancellation may not be possible once work has started. See our Returns & cancellations page for the rules. For a damaged or wrong item, send us clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until we reply.
